Liked: The location was ok. The stores was close to the hotel.
Disliked: The room didn't meet our expectations. The pictures showed something nice, but in our experience, the couch had big stains, it was nasty, and kids were going to sleep here, they didn't even want to touch it to open it. My daughter went to use the toilet, but it wasn't working. The next day in the morning when my son try to take a shower, the shower head was not working properly. The lady at the front desk was very nice, she made notes about the issues, they didn't have a handyman or anyone who could fix the problem. I canceled the reservation but we had to sleep all four of us in one bed that night. It wasn't worth the money I paid.

You’d be crazy to book...

Liked: This hotel lied about literally everything from the moment we booked to the moment we left.
Disliked: I booked a king suite, garden view. Balcony. Handicap. The bed was a full size bed, there is no garden, and there were windows, no balcony. They didn’t even open. When I told the front desk I was handed back my key with no explanation. I had to ask if they were going to do anything and she said “no.” The handicap room, my husband was hurt. It is NOT up to standards so we took all kinds of pictures. The grill here is not free- you have to rent it. Bad section of town, and breakfast- if you can even call it that was horrible. I am extremely upset with the way we were treated and lied to. I paid extra for this room and will be putting bad reviews and calling corporate until something is done.

Liked: The breakfast was very disappointing. The juice machine was out of order, limited selection of food.
Disliked: The room had small roaches in the bathroom sink.Our room had a funky odor.

Liked: The only nice thing about our staff was the breakfast was good however you could not take any items back to your room. That made it difficult being how the eating area had so many people in it. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: The first room I was given, the bathroom door did not shut and the couch looked like something you would find in a dumpster. Completely worn out and overall gross. I requested a new room and the staff found me one. The room I then went to felt damp and wet. No matter how low I turned the A/C I could not get the feeling of everything feeling damp. The room was not provided with any toiletries. I'm glad I had soap in my bag. I had to ask for towels and sheets for the pull out bed. Which was not an actual mattress for a pull out bed. It almost looked like gymnastic mats placed on a frame. The pillows felt like sandbags. There was all kinds of bugs all over the room and the room was not clean when we checked in. The shower felt like a trickle of water. There was no water pressure at all.

We will never come back...

Liked: The workers at the front desk, not the manager.
Disliked: Upon arriving, I immediately noticed the room had a strong musty odor, and upon closer inspection, it was clear there was significant humidity and mold buildup. The air quality was so poor that my group and I were unable to breathe properly, and we spent the entire night coughing and feeling uncomfortable. As you can imagine, this made it impossible to get any rest.I want to emphasize that I was initially understanding when I was told by the worker in the front desk that the hotel was fully booked on the first night, and no alternative room was available. I accepted this situation, but the real issue arose the following morning when I addressed the problem with the manager. Unfortunately, the response was not only unhelpful but also very disrespectful. The manager informed me that she would be in touch with you regarding the issue and that I would receive an answer. However, it became clear that she had not even been working on the issue that day because the following day she was not even there, and no one followed up on the matter as promised.Given the circumstances, I left the hotel feeling extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I believe that basic standards of comfort and air quality should be maintained, and I am disappointed that my concerns were not treated with the seriousness they warranted.
