Not a place I would...

Liked: The only nice thing about our staff was the breakfast was good however you could not take any items back to your room. That made it difficult being how the eating area had so many people in it. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: The first room I was given, the bathroom door did not shut and the couch looked like something you would find in a dumpster. Completely worn out and overall gross. I requested a new room and the staff found me one. The room I then went to felt damp and wet. No matter how low I turned the A/C I could not get the feeling of everything feeling damp. The room was not provided with any toiletries. I'm glad I had soap in my bag. I had to ask for towels and sheets for the pull out bed. Which was not an actual mattress for a pull out bed. It almost looked like gymnastic mats placed on a frame. The pillows felt like sandbags. There was all kinds of bugs all over the room and the room was not clean when we checked in. The shower felt like a trickle of water. There was no water pressure at all.

Liked: The workers at the front desk, not the manager.
Disliked: Upon arriving, I immediately noticed the room had a strong musty odor, and upon closer inspection, it was clear there was significant humidity and mold buildup. The air quality was so poor that my group and I were unable to breathe properly, and we spent the entire night coughing and feeling uncomfortable. As you can imagine, this made it impossible to get any rest.I want to emphasize that I was initially understanding when I was told by the worker in the front desk that the hotel was fully booked on the first night, and no alternative room was available. I accepted this situation, but the real issue arose the following morning when I addressed the problem with the manager. Unfortunately, the response was not only unhelpful but also very disrespectful. The manager informed me that she would be in touch with you regarding the issue and that I would receive an answer. However, it became clear that she had not even been working on the issue that day because the following day she was not even there, and no one followed up on the matter as promised.Given the circumstances, I left the hotel feeling extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I believe that basic standards of comfort and air quality should be maintained, and I am disappointed that my concerns were not treated with the seriousness they warranted.

Disliked: They give you 3 towels and if you need more they charge you for everything. Not worth it. Not a good place for families

Liked: The property was close to a lot of things and the interstate
Disliked: I didn’t like the receptionist at 10:50 pm on a Friday night. Very rude. Never said anything to me except pull the door knob up. Never gave me a parking pass. Told me there wasn’t a bathroom in the lobby. Just felt like she was very rude.

Disappointing

Disliked: There was zero hot water in the shower. I let it run for 20 minutes and had to take a 3 minute shower because it was so cold. Also there was no shampoo/conditioner even though there was a dispenser. Bed was very springy. Room (specifically bathroom) was just old and dingy looking. Breakfast was meh.
