Disliked: TV didn't work2 long pillows on bed instead of 5 regular No coffee pot in room No ice bucket in roomHad to ask for do not disturb signHad to ask for drinking glassesGave remote to maintenance said he would fixGot back to room late same situation with TV No note explaining what problem wasComplained to manager next morning and was told to watch my toneProbably never stay at this Sleep Inn again!

Wouldn’t stay again

Liked: Location…..
Disliked: Worse thing: found a cockroach in our bathroom…..staff indifferent….no apologies.. Wasn’t as advertised….swimming pool not open….fitness center no open….no first floor rooms because of renovations

Disappointed

Liked: Everyone was very nice.
Disliked: We were not notified that the pool and hot tub was all closed and that was the only reason we booked the hotel. To come and eat a decent dinner and then sit in the hot tube after a long week at work!
