The rooms and commons area were attractive and clean. Breakfast was yummy! Beds were comfy, but an extra blanket would have been nice.

Liked: That you still have carpet in the hall and rooms!
Disliked: For an elderly person, getting into the tub for a shower is dangerous. The tub walls are high, and the tub floor should have a slip proof bottom.

Liked: The staff is so kind and considerate. This is the only hotel I'd like to stay in going forward.

Liked: It was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room on 1st floor.
Disliked: Shower water ran clear to the entry door for me. Husband couldn’t reach the soap as it is clear at the other end of the shower from the shower seat. No place to hook the shower head while in the seat.

Liked: Everything , but especially the room size. We had a king suite and it was so comfortable. We lounged before and after dinner as well as before breakfast. I didn't feel as if we were stumbling over ourselves as in most chain hotels.The
Disliked: The sitting area was very comfortable but the tv was not within viewing range.If a swivel mount was utilized it would make the room just about perfect

Not very pet friendly but...

Liked: Location was a bit isolated but not in a bad area.
Disliked: The pet friendly room was on the 3rd floor and my pup won’t do elevators. The front staff stated that was what was available. I had booked this room weeks in advance.
