Disappointing

Liked: Location only
Disliked: Too small of a room for a double bed. Tv not working properly. Window alarm fault. Takes 10 minutes to run a semi warm shower. Cramped room. Unsuited also small with dated facilities. Decor dated. Lift too small for 2 people and luggage

It was functional

Liked: Tele was really small and did not work bathroom was tired and clean but not to the level of a hotel, bathroom supplies were of the poor quality and stingy, the same goes for tea/ coffee tray, the cheapest staff and have been siting there for a while

we stayed for 1 hour...

Liked: nothing - we did not even stay for a night. had to re-locate.
Disliked: the room was so small that we could hardly get our cases in the door & the bathroom was so tiny as to be impossible to use.

Okay, but...

Liked: Comfortable beds, good location, nice curtains, room was a reasonable size.
Disliked: Broken lock on bathroom door (door didn't close properly), TV didn't get all the channels (no BBC), the beeping when opening room door was very annoying, bathroom very small, low water pressure in shower, water went hot and cold at times, no plug in sink, shower curtain difficult to close. Tired and needs renovation (which seems to have started, so things may improve soon).

I've stayed here 3 times....

Liked: Garden view, access to balcony, friendly staff. Quaintness of the building. Close to Earl's Court shops and railway station.
Disliked: Pesky room cleaner- was a bit too early for our liking.

Very good

Liked: Location. Nice hotel. All in good order.
Disliked: There was a continuos background sound during the night which I could not identify. Reception never reverted with an explanation.

Good price but could be...

Liked: The property is well located and well priced.
Disliked: However for this price, I would expect a better bathroom. The tub is too tight, can barely fit a person.The mattress is also tooo too soft, woke up with a sore back.
