Had a good time but...

Liked: The location was great as well as the workout facilities.
Disliked: The large pool was not open yet which I did not know. The one hot tub that was open was tiny. The spa facilities could have been better for the price.

Passable

Disliked: We were unable to control the temperature setting in our room. The staff said the hvac system was down and provided us with a box fan. Just not what we were expecting at the price point the resort is at.

Great place but not a...

Liked: Incredible view. Room was well designed and decorated and very spacious
Disliked: Beds were a disappointment. Pillows were feather down and just too soft - they compress completely and don’t support your neck. Mattresses were clapped out. New mattresses are a must for your guest to get a good night sleep
