Disliked: Needs to be updated, shower doors don’t close properly so water goes everywhere. Was no hot water when we went to shower after our concert.

Budget, but served its purpose.

Liked: Location to Summer Hill Train Station to connect with Lidcombe on our way to Sydney Olympic Park. Easy walk. Would stay here again if need to access Accor Stadium or Qudos Bank Arena. The courtyard was great when travelling with friends, you didn't need to squash into a hotel room to hang out. Nice shower pressure and quality toilet paper. It's budget, but served its purpose.
Disliked: Shower was stone cold. We were showering at 12.30am after a concert. We think majority of people staying at the hotel were at the same concert and were probably showering at the same time. Showers the next morning were fine and hot. Bathroom was not overly clean. It needs a very good scrub. There were soap slithers and hair in there.

Check in and out was...

Liked: Good sized room with comfy bed, aircon and tv. Close proximity to public transport.
Disliked: Water damaged ceiling. Just overall the place is really run down. No soundproofing as indicated on listing, we could hear everything. Bed bug found in first room (took a photo as evidence). Room had no decoration . Everything smelt really dusty and old. Staff werent very welcoming.
