Liked: The Staff, Max (Italy) , Anna (Nepal) were incredibly helpful and welcoming
Disliked: Room 230 was extremely small, if I were to stay again I would request a bigger room. The private bathroom down a flight of stairs was not ideal.But for someone younger, this is not a big problem

Genuinely disappointed with this stay

Liked: We liked the location and the property was clean. Small storage space provided as well as a desk and kettle with tea and cups. One of the men working the front desk was friendly.
Disliked: We didnt like- The window was open upon arrival, allowing any bugs to get in- The room was very small, photos were very misleading, could barely open door to bathroom as bed was so close. Seen a room with two single beds that looked a lot bigger. - Room was not soundproof, opposed to the description, Could hear when people were moving in hallway. Did not get privacy we would’ve liked.- Close to elevator, again noisy (wouldve been fine if room was soundproof)- Bathroom tiny. Had to manoeuvre around the sink to sit down on the toilet. Felt rickety in bathroom, as if was an extension and not built into the room. - Bathroom design weird, our towels ended up falling in the loo after we dried our hands. Had to ask for extra towel as one towel for twin room booked for two people.- “Garden view” was a view into peoples council estate gardens, completely unkept, and with the name “Garden Court” does not look well. Did not look nice outside. - Hairdryer very weak, normal plug in one, got caught in hair while drying. - TV did not work. Remote did not do what buttons were meant to, volume up would change channel, pressing “ok” would change to different view. Buttons to change to youtube would not work. Went to reception to mention about issue, and the man on reception tried his best and rang for help. Gave us new remote but still did not work, had similar issues. Had to watch tv on our phones.- Staff seemed as though they weren’t sure what they were doing, but trying their best so thats a positive in a negative- Overall disappointed with our stay for the price, it is not worth it and you could easily find somewhere nicer and closer. Is the definition of “its just somewhere to put your head down” as was not useful for anything else, may as well been a hostel with a locked door. -Unable to attach the video i took of the room in this review but have attached screenshots

Basic but friendly and good...

Liked: Just needed a single room for one night. Small room but bed ok. Shower was a wetroom but there was a toilet on the corridor if you wanted. Friendly check in. Secure bag storage on checkout day. Friendly.
