Disliked: We had a wedding near by, it just suited no complaints

Very disappointed with staff

Disliked: Staff was rude when I called front desk bc I could not hear the young lady speak. I have a hearing disability and wear hearing aids. They were supposed to email me my paid bill upon checkout yet still have not received. I called 3x and gave them a different email to send it just in case; however, I believe they’re just too lazy to email it.

Liked: This is my 3rd stay at this property Was given a quiet room on the 8th floor Room was immaculate. Hot water for the shower & coffee tray for the room
Disliked: This time close to the holidays, the price was a little high
