Pretty hotel with wonderful staff

Liked: The location was very convenient and the room had a beautiful view. They helped us book restaurants and a flamenco show and we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, but...

Liked: Beautiful 17th Century hotel, helpful and friendly staff, parking out front ($15 a nite), great location. Staff helped us secure tickets (at a premium) for a tour at Alhambra as ours had fallen through. They were always available to help, kind and knowledgeable. Lovely spaces for wine or breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was very small; not at all like the pictures or description (sound proof). Definitely was mistrpresented on Booking. We expected a room featured in the pictures. It was also on a very very noisy street; people partied until 4 AM. It was very warm so when we tried to open the windows, unfortunately, it was way too noisy. Also the windows were in the way when open, so we slept in a warm room. We tried the air-conditioning but woke up warmer and suspected it was set up for heat now. No coffee service in room or frig, but staff did bring us a pot to heat water. Can access coffee in morning and late afternoon for a cost.
