Functionality and comfort

Liked: The size and configuration of the room The hip vibe for not that young. Gym, pool, food and Sauna. All was very functional and clean

Great location, bad value for...

Liked: The overall design aesthetic was nice, but the quality of the finishes was fair. The breakfast was very good and the staff was excellent.
Disliked: The room was very noisy, you could hear every word and the television from the rooms next door, as well as noise from the hallway. The rooms are not insulated from the other rooms at all, this was very annoying considering our room was 999.00 per night.

Great customer service and high...

Liked: Gorgeous. Impeccably clean. Workout facility lovely. Extra sheets and sauna in workout. Beautiful bedroom. Loved the sheets and bed. Modern bathrooms. Nice accessories like flat iron and shampoos and condition smell so lovely
Disliked: Nothing. All perfect.

Liked: Nice location, friendly staff.Breakfast is not the best, bedlinen/duvet is not very high quality. Polyester? No coffee/ tea facilities in the room. No drinking water. The lift was not always operational and there is no guest stair case - only service one (from the third floor)

went so smoothy

Liked: service was incredible- had the coffee maker in the room on arrival as requested and when i called housekeeping for anything they arrived with in 5 minutes!!! room was quiet everything worked. good lights and wonderful bathtub- even had a bath mat-good hot water and wonderful room temp control. we had a nice view of the hudson -large closet fab full length smart mirror for yoga and the rooftop restaurant had incredible sushi- it was all perfect. front desk and bell hop all so pleasant and helpful- thank you all for making our trip delightful.
