Great location but staff and...

Liked: Location was amazing. Funky looking hotel. Gym was fantastic. Rooftop was cool but don’t eat there (crazy expensive).
Disliked: Could be amazing but let down by some basic items that could be fixed. The heating did not work (and it was cold…) and after complaining 3 times, it emerged they didn’t turn it on. What the? It seems it has to be less than zero for them to do that. Weird. Staff not very friendly or helpful, the complete opposite of everyone else in the hospitality industry in NYC. No complementary water which really irritates me given how many other hotels at least provide 1-2 free bottles per day.

Liked: The staff was nice , the location is great, rooms are ok , modern with good bathrooms, price is high but so is all of NYC, the coffee place for breakfast is tiny but nice.
Disliked: The pool said to be heated but it washed, I went with the kids in the morning and it was freezing.

Liked: It’s a very modern hotel and room, and very spacious by Manhattan standards. It is in the heart of the Meatpacking district and an overall great location in the city.

Liked: The breakfast was ok. I asked to saiyto put in the order because My granddaughter was getting ready. She was also delayed because there was only elevator working. My food was cold when I was able to eat and my granddaughter’s order was not right. The noise of the elevator repair was so loud conversation was impossible. Several people left before or after ordering. The repair had not started before I was seated s d ordered. Otherwise I would not have stayed.
Disliked: Notification of excessive work snd noise in the lobby restaurant.
