Few days in NYC, great...

Liked: Few days in NYC, great place to stay.Close to river, shops, markets, food and shopping places.Easy metro up to Central Park and airport.Great staff, room and amenities.

Liked: Stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. Love the location, the room size is spacious, especially for NYC. The onsite restaurant and bars are wonderful!

Great location, room like a...

Liked: Love the location.
Disliked: The room was a sauna 24/7. Being unable to control the temperature of my room at this price point is unacceptable. I had to keep the windows open & therefore street noise meaning no sleep for 5 nights. Hotel advised this is very normal to have centrally controlled temperature - I have never encountered this in a high end hotel in 20yrs!
