Great place and value in...

Liked: I appreciated that the hotel has a staff member at the door or in the lobby making sure nobody comes in that doesn't belong there - felt safe. Room was quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: The shower in tub without a fully closing door made it hard to keep water off the bathroom floor when showering. Lobby level restaurant staff could be a bit more observant and responsive.

Very memorable trip - would...

Liked: Great location-walkable to East Village and plenty of great restaurants and bars. Loved walking along the Hudson River in the morning. Amazing sunsets at roof top bar.
Disliked: I really can't think of anything I would change. I asked for the sofa bed to be made up before our arrival as our flight was coming in late and this message didn't get relayed to housekeeping. The issue was sorted very quickly and I was given a credit to spend in the restaurant/bar by way of apology.
