Liked: Staff is very friendly and efficient, and the breakfast is excellent. The location is unbeatable, if you are there for a meeting at uc3m , which is 5 minutes walking distance
Disliked: It's a no nonsense place, where you feel comfortable. Small things trio them up...door of bathroom difficult to open, soap dispenser not working, hairdryer very slow, only one hygienic bag....

I had great experience

Liked: Our stay was absolutely excellent (6 nights)! Location is very good, rooms are clean and of normal size. The hotel stuff is the best I have ever seen: professional, helpful, friendly and simply nice people (I travel a lot, so I can compare to hotels in other EU countries).
Disliked: In the morning the water in the shower is not hot, but worm. That is it.
