Disliked: We didn't have TV and there was only one elevator working. It took for ever to get into the elevators

Disliked: The television doesn’t work, the room was very hot , and the air conditioning didn’t work either , the elevator made a noise like a horror movie.

Liked: Room was spacious and clean, staff was polite and friendly.
Disliked: Room has 2 tv but one was not working and the other tv only worked the first night .

Disappointing visit

Liked: Location is very good near places to eat, concert and theatre venues and transportation.The building itself and the lobby and restaurant look great.
Disliked: During my visit the TV/Cable system was down hotel-wide as explained by the staff. There is central heating for all the guest rooms, so you can't turn on the AC for your room if it gets warm.The mini fridge in the room cannot be used for keeping things cold, also as explained by staff.

Great location, great value, great...

Liked: Beautiful, grand, historical hotel in a location ideal for walking around and exploring. Plenty of shopping, casual dining and ‘imbibing’ options nearby, including the 1900 lobby bar.
Disliked: There were a couple of ‘glitches’ during our stay but they were handled promptly and professionally.

Great location but need renovation.

Liked: Excellent location, a comfortable bed.
Disliked: Everything is old. A/C could not keep the room cool. Bad smell in the halls. Loud construction across the street. Windows are old and not good to keep the heat or sound out.
