A mistake. As a newer...

Liked: I liked the central location right in the city center.
Disliked: I didn't appreciate being placed on the side where loud massive construction was being done. I should have been asked if this was acceptable. I didn't like the dated and tiny bathroom with rusted fixtures. I didn't like the shoddy service at breakfast. And who doesn't direct bill to a room when you are a guest in the same hotel?
