Liked: I liked the hotel!!! Very convenient location. Hot water and a bath to soak in is what I missed in Mexico.And the gym is just a small room with a few flimsy cardio machines.There is also a sauna there, but it was cold(A huge plus is the polite reception staff, who allowed me to check in early. In addition, there is a mini coffee maker, a safe and a balcony.)
Disliked: Gym. Sauna.

Disappointing Experience – Long Wait...

Liked: location and accesibility
Disliked: Our stay started off on the wrong foot. We had to wait 55 minutes for a room because none were clean and available upon arrival. After finally getting our room, the doorman refused to let us leave the car at the entrance for just a few minutes while I took the luggage up and returned to move it. He was unnecessarily rude and sarcastic, which was completely uncalled for—especially considering we had already waited nearly an hour for a room. A little flexibility and customer service would have gone a long way, but unfortunately, that was lacking. Definitely not the welcoming experience we expected.
