Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Great...

Liked: Most (if not all) rooms come with a balcony! Soft beds. Clean/modern bathrooms. Lobby was spacious.
Disliked: The location is hard to get out of. It’s surrounded by two highways so you will need a car to go places. You need a car to get to the mall across the street, otherwise the walk is like 25 mins since you have to go the long way to cross the highway.

Worst ever, awful, I will...

Liked: Staff is polite even when they don’t help or solve anything at least they are polite
Disliked: All, worst hotel I ever stayed, definitely won’t return never and I will not recommend at all, I was very disappointed because I travel to TJ almost each week or two and I was looking for a hotel to use each time but definitely not this one. First I waited about an hour to receive attention, it says the check in time is at 3 pm I arrived at 10 pm and then when they finally attended me at the reception, they have a failure in the system so I waited abou 20 mins more, and asked if everything was ok and paid and their answer was “yes everything is ok and paid” after that those 20 mins they proceed with the check in and then again told me that they didn’t have rooms Available so I had to wait half hour more which at the end was about 45 mins and then they told me the room wasn’t paid as they told in the beginning so I tried to pay but as my surprise they don’t accept dollars so they charge in pesos making the conversion of cour in their favor so I paid more than the price showed on the page and the one I reserved with because of this conversion. The room is not good, you can hear everything, the door had a hole where the door lock is which make me feel not safe at all, the elevator didn’t work, fortunately my baggage was not heavy so I was able to use the stairs but for older people or someone in wheelchair this won’t work. I had an event and because all the delays with the check in instead of be in my room at 10 pm I was at 12 pm (midnight!) And if that wasn’t enough I booked with breakfast so in the morning I went to the restaurant and they told me I didn’t have the breakfast included, they call reception and reception said “no she doesn’t have” so I had to go again to reception (which is in a different building) and there they told me “oh yes you have it included” so I asked them why she just told the restaurant I didn’t 5 mins ago? and the answer was “because I was busy”

Bad

Disliked: When I got there the staff told me because I arrived after 6 pm my reservation was cancelled, even I received a confirmation email. I had to look for another hotel I felt very disappointed I was not notified about those changes.
