Good except for the shuttle...

Liked: Spacious room with all expected amenities. Very good options for breakfast which was a esthetically served. Walking distance to supermarket and restaurants.
Disliked: Ordering shuttle service was not as simple as leaving a request and had a protocol dictated by the company that works with the hotel. We ended up using taxi service to and from the hotel since we did not comply with a protocol that we were unaware of upon booking.

Liked: An easy walk to the central metro station, and to the river. Had. A problem with a faulty electrical socket in bathroom. Reported it as we left to site see in the morning. On our return they apologise for not being able to repair aid problem ( it being the weekend). So as to ensure our safety would move us to another equivalent room. As I accept the offer the receptionist retracted the offer, and instead moved and upgraded to one of there Suites. Very much appreciated.

Five-star hotel?

Liked: The quiet, the rain shower, and the hotels location, the lobby looked stunning.
Disliked: Room a little bit small, furniture marked. Putting do not disturb on, yet housekeeping still knocked and knocked on my door and opened it. They woke me up. I said hello and they left.
