Liked: Loved the location, very central.
Disliked: Rooms on the smaller side but ok as we was only there for 2 nights. Our shower head was from the ceiling so if your not planning on washing your hair every time you shower take a shower cap

Location and food outweighed noise...

Liked: Location excellent and loved the breakfast as it was a varied menu with table service and not the usual hotel buffet.
Disliked: Noisy due to the location. Probably due to time of year there were a lot of noisy drinkers on the street in the early hours and dustbin Lorrie’s and street cleaners were working through the night right outside the hotel.

Disliked: Size of the shower, no hooks in the bedroom to hang towels to dry

Disliked: Very small room right at the top , although when booking they do state this and it did have everything needed for a mini break

Liked: Location was perfect, clean. Staff were lovely. Food was good
Disliked: We stayed for 2 nights, we had 4 rooms ranging in price and our room was £207per night. There was no beds made/towels changed or tea coffee etc replenished which at the cost of the rooms I was very disappointed. However as soon as I emailed them about this within 5 mins we had fresh towels and extra tea and coffee.

Galtres Lodge - very good...

Liked: Easy to get to from the Q carpark by the Shambles.Staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The stairs. I have some mobility issues.
