Very nice, clean hotel. Only one person at check in on a Friday night of a booked hotel slowed the check in process down. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Very clean. Hostess was very busy but remained friendly.
Disliked: Parking is inconvenient and pricey. Only one person checking folks in on a busy Friday night.

Liked: This was a beautiful hotel. Very comfortable.
Disliked: The parking garage was horrible!! Trying to find parking spots and then trying to find our way out was ridiculous. Please please please add better signage.

I have always stayed at...

Liked: Proximity to KFC Yum and the skywalk over to the venue. Clean rooms.
Disliked: The elevators were a nightmare. Half of them were not in service.. with a concert and also a convention there, we waited for so long for elevators to arrive, they were always jam packed and had to wait 4-5 rounds of one arriving and trying to squeeze in. We ultimately ended up taking the stairs the majority of the time but were on the 12th floor. The parking QR codes didn’t work half the time we needed to leave so we had to call and wait for them to open the gate for us to leave.
