Liked: I liked absolutely nothing about the property.
Disliked: The property was entirely different from what’s advertised on Booking. The place was dirty, with the bathroom in particularly poor condition—the sink and shower door were extremely dirty. There was no floor towel or mat in the bathroom until we specifically requested it.The towels were stained, and the blankets were nearly cream-coloured instead of the clean white expected.The furniture was outdated; the photos on Booking need updating to reflect the current condition.The ceiling was so old and thin that we couldn’t sleep for two nights due to constant noise from the room above. Although the receptionist asked them to lower the noise, it didn’t improve.Breakfast was extremely basic; they cut one banana into three to four pieces to serve guests. Only boiled eggs were offered both days, with one type of sliced cheese, and they frequently ran out of butter. The toaster was ineffective, and the breakfast looked disappointing. There were no glasses for juice; when I asked, the attendant said they were all in use and I had to wait ten minutes for one. When it finally arrived, the orange juice was so diluted it tasted more like water.While we were finishing breakfast, the attendant asked us to leave because it was 10 a.m., even though we had arrived late the previous night and slept in slightly.Overall, this was a disappointing hotel in Prague for $77 a night. The rooms were also stuffy, and the elevator was extremely slow.I could continue detailing how terrible this hotel was. Do not book it.
