Liked: Great room, very friendly and helpful staff and lovely food

Disappointing

Disliked: Faulty lock on bathroom door, breakfast vouchers in another guests name and dated 2 days prior, noisy work on the roof starting at 8.30am. Hotel have been in constant contact as they weren’t able to take payment from the card details provided through booking.com. Staff wrote my partner’s credit card details down on a piece of paper to take payment the following day, which should not happen. They did however knock some money off our stay.

Great Place to stay in...

Liked: Great place. Ideal in every way. Fab quirky rooms and an equally fabulous breakfast. Lovely staff and it's got a little car park. One of our go to places to stay in North Wales.
Disliked: Nothing NOT to like.

Excellent

Liked: Very clean, warm accommodation which is central to all amenities
Disliked: No complaints

Just what we wanted and...

Liked: Second stay here, we will be back again.
Disliked: The shower we had this year could have done with an upgrade but everything else was perfect.
