Enjoyable quaint characterful stay

Liked: Full Welsh Breakfast was well cooked, and nice Valentines evening meal. The building was full of character and very much in the middle of town. Staff were very friendly and very attentive.
Disliked: The boiler had been changed the day before we arrived and found no hot water coming to the shower, eventually we got some later and the second day was fine. Car parking is a tight and didn’t have a space for the second night.

Good communication

Liked: Very helpful staff who explained it was room only due to kitchen renovation. Plenty of teas n coffees in the room which was very comfy. Easy check in with key pad code . Parked behind the building in their car park. Good base for the night. Breakfasts are excellent here we have had them in the past.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Nothing! It was awful! The place was like a building site and they should not of been open for business! So disappointed and to be charged £105 was ridiculous
