Perfect location, lovely staff, great...

Liked: Felt like home from the get go. From Jaime and all the crew at reception to the spacious and quiet rooms and the amazing offer for breakfast, it was the perfect place to stay in CDMX. Room service was quick and amazingly good, and the pool facilities were great for unwinding at the end of the day. I loved it so much I cancelled the other hotel I was supposed to stay when returning to Mexico City and booked here again!
Disliked: Honestly, perfect from start to finish, no faults!

Liked: Great location in a safe and convenient area, clean and comfortable rooms, nice toiletries, very pleasant and helpful staff. Room was spacious and well-lit. Beds were amazingly comfortable.
