Liked: Comfortable bed and we had water in the room. The shower was good. We had kettle and coffee maker in the room. The location was good and lots of restaurants and bars nearby but it was quiet.
Disliked: The breakfast seemed very expensive and we never tried it. The sheets on the bed - we would have preferred a duvet cover instead of the two-sheet sandwich blanket.

Prime location and excellent staff!

Liked: The staff! From Arturo that helped us with our luggage, to Luis, our housekeeper, all the staff at Almara (Mario, Alberto), and the pool chic@s: Fernanda and Giovanni, the great girls at Mood - Sandra - and the great servers at the breakfast restaurant: Carlos/Angel, to the great personnel that checked us in and out (Itzel and Diego), we felt very pampered and spoiled. The food was amazing - specially at Almara - and the attention to detail was great! I would totally stay here again. The location is prime and we felt very safe.
Disliked: The infrequent smells of sewer coming from the bathroom and the water pressure could be a bit stronger. Other than that, I can’t find anything else. We stayed in room 316.
