Would recommend this great city...

Liked: Location, safety, wonderful concierge team who helped us organise various outings, received laundry etc to help.
Disliked: Could have been cleaner (bathrooms) and shower pressure was very weak

Disliked: It’s a business hotel not for leisure. We choose it for the pool on the roof but we didn’t have access because on any of the days or nights we stayed because they rented it out privately. That was not told to us on booking it check in

Liked: Staff was very kind with our kids, always offering ways to make our visit more comfortable. The restaurant offers top quality breakfast. The gym open 24/7 has great equipment and is always very clean.
Disliked: I’d say the parking lot fee is quite expensive

Superb location

Liked: The location was the best part. The men at the door greated you daily, you also had daily housekeeping which was nice (I feel like that's a luxury nowadays....) with a bottle of water included. There's a Starbucks within the hotel which was nice as well.
Disliked: Our Standard Double room was very very basic, with no decor and terrible lighting. Our bed faced a solid white wall! The solitary pot light in the bathroom made it difficult to do my make-up. But we spent most of our time out sightseeing anyways.
