Good location but not good...

Liked: Good location, nice rooms and friendly staff
Disliked: Limited facilities- no on site coffee shop or vending machines, the lobby restaurant is not open and there is no spa (despite being listed as one of the facilities). Very expensive for just a nice room

Outstanding!

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and the room perfect. The staff - particularly Yasmani and Jorge - were exceptional, going well above and beyond to make our stay perfect - thank you.
Disliked: Lift not working on arrival so had to walk up nine flights of stairs! Staff were very apologetic and helped with luggage and it was fixed later that day so all good.
