Exceptional

Liked: Location of this hotel is super convenient - close to public transport and also walking distance to many interesting places. The room was comfortable and spacious.
Disliked: Check-in was very slow. Parking expensive ($55 per night).

Disliked: the swimming pool is closed I sat 3 days they didn't answer when you in the room and tried to call the lobby and the price is very high

Very busy, but very nice.

Liked: Very beautiful and clean.
Disliked: It was super busy. Though, I know it was probably due to people not evacuating, so it doesn’t really count. Valet was very unorganized and messy, as well as check in/check out, but it was overall okay. Again, the circumstances kind of veto the opinion.

Good location. Close to port.

Liked: Good location and was clean.
Disliked: Overwhelming scent, fragrance throughout hotel. Too strong and chemically toxic.Included breakfast didn’t have eggs as part of buffet. At this price point, many items were missing.
