Liked: Lovely room, attentive staff, & nice breakfast. I booked a massage and it was quite good.
Disliked: Low water pressure.It'd be nice to offer a booklet with suggested restaurants and things to do on the neighborhood

Lovely Stay

Liked: Our stay at Gala was so lovely. My friend and I were in Mexico for work and stayed in multiple other hotels in other surrounding towns, and another in Guadalajara; none of them came even close in comparison to our stay here. This was by far the cleanest, comfiest, beautiful stay. The mattress and sheets are so soft. The shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was delicious. The neighborhood was nice to walk around, lots of coffee shops and vintage clothing stores to explore. Would absolutely treat myself to this hotel again.

Disliked: No kettle/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Very limited natural light in my room.

Fabulous place in heart of...

Liked: Very friendly staff and accomodating of needs. beautiful decor in bedrooms and common area. Very nice breakfast. probably one of the best places to stay in Guadalajara.
Disliked: I thought they might have had an electric Kettle in the room and maybe some cups, wine glasses etc but no. I had to ask which was fine but maybe consider.

Amazing

Liked: The staff is incredible, especially Leticia at the front desk. The hotel is so cute, bed is super comfortable, and the breakfast at the cafe in the building is great. I loved my stay here. The neighborhood is really cool and walkable. Definitely recommend staying here.
Disliked: Nothing
