Liked: Incredible location, staff were wonderful and incredible value for money given location in the nicest part of London

Disliked: Room was dingy, no usable window, bathroom tatty, shower cubicle very small. Ordered a coffee via room service and it was luke warm when it arrived. Noise from workmen outside from 9am.

Liked: Other than the location this hotel is not worth the money even if it is cheaper than most hotels in this area! The rooms are old and dirty. They need to do many repairs and the carpets are stained.There was no running hot water so couldn’t use the shower. The bathroom was very small, I’m 5”3 and that shower was very stuffy and small. The basin of the sink was ridiculously small and the water kept coming out of the basin onto the floor. There was a disgusting smell from a disabled toilet situated next to our room. Overall horrendous stay, would never come here again!
