Located across the road from Taupo's main beach Gables Lakefront Resort offers stunning lakefront views free Wi-Fi and a family spa pool. Some apartments boast their own private spa pool. Great location, spacious clean and...

Liked: Renovated spacious apartment right across from the lake and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The owners are so friendly and welcoming and even left us some delicious homemade shortbread. The entire apartment was very clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay again.

Very nice waterfront location

Liked: Great location, right on the walking trail on the lake. A short walk into town, coffee van on the walk. The rooms were nice, had all the stuff we needed, the spa out the back was a nice touch.
Disliked: Busy on Saturday night, not really the fault of the hotel, but it did get busy and noisy from other guests.
