Highly recommended, nice place, people...

Liked: Lois & Bill were wonderful. We were greeted warmly and immediately felt welcomed and at ease. We enjoyed a two night stay and glad we did.The 150+ year home was full of character, rooms were clean, comfortable and beds were cozy and we slept soundly.The common living room and sitting rooms areas on main floor had comfortable chairs and fireplace offering a charming atmosphere of days gone bye, very nice.Preparing fancy & tasty Breakfasts are Lois’s specialty, she is meticulous in their preparation and classy presentation. Again, Lois and Bill were kind hosts, knowledgeable and generous with ideas for activities and dining out. Highly recommend Gables B&B for a memorable and convenient stay near Collingwood and area.

Liked: It was a wonderful Bed & Breakfast. Absolutely spotless and well appointed. Beautiful period furniture and fixtures. The hosts were friendly and informative and I will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.
Disliked: I can't think of a thing!

Liked: The breakfast was very good and our host tried to cook different dishes for us each day. Loved the fresh fruit in the morning. The complimentary biscotti was a nice touch.
Disliked: The floor and stairs were a bit squeaky.
