Disappointed with this stay as...

Liked: The staff were lovely and breakfast was great
Disliked: Was very dirty and ripped up carpet and bleach splats dust everywhere I stayed before and loved it but this stay was poor I emailed twice to let them know and even called it’s been 3 weeks and not had a single response I’m upset really

Great for a 2 night...

Liked: Great to have parking. Staff were really friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfy, pillows not so much. Decor was tired, but overall, good value for money.

Gem of a place

Liked: The hotel was really well located, in a quiet area, but near the seafront, Canoe lake and good restaurants. There was a bus stop right outside for quick and easy access to the centre of Portsmouth.The room was quirky and fun, and staff were very helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Breakfast was excellent: good range of cooked or cold options, including gluten-free.
