Very welcoming. Room excellent- couldn't believe it is actually a budget hotel. Will use in future whenever I can.

Ok stay

Liked: Rooms were spacious, however we were on the top floor and were woken by the delivery trucks for the shops below. We asked to move rooms and this was not a problem.
Disliked: The noise from outside they could do with better windows, this would stop this. The beds were a bit soft for me but that's personal preference. Hey some usb charger ports put in the rooms after all there was enough plug sockets

Liked: Extremely convenient., quiet, well-designed, and comfortable. Ideal for an early-morning start. Convenient for early appointment at the REI - arrive£ refreshed and missed the Plymouth traffic hassle.
Disliked: Only gripe - all the teriyaki salmon had gone!

Overalll - excellent would stay...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful - the room was clean and tidy.
Disliked: For us, two people in their 70s a slip mat for the bath would have been useful as the bath was slippy to stand in for a shower.

Quiet and comfortable

Liked: Quiet, comfortable and spacious room. Location ideal for visiting Derriford hospital. Peaceful atmosphere. Good to have the restaurant on site for an evening meal. Parking good. Staff helpful and friendly.
