Very welcoming. Room excellent- couldn't believe it is actually a budget hotel. Will use in future whenever I can.

Great hotel with lot of...

Liked: Great quality.rooms spacious and great with water and snacks provided. Be nice to have a selection of different teas like green tea etc. wish I knew before it had a gym which is always nice to have. Bath is nice option. Beds are soft and comfortable. Nice with mesh on windows to keep bugs out when opening the windows. Lovely with option of dressing gown. Definitely stay here again

Much better than a Premier...

Liked: Plenty of parking. Room and bed were big and comfortable.
Disliked: No fault of the hotel, but Plymouth’s road designers make it awkward to drive to and from this location.

Liked: The room was so welcoming . I arrived very late but staff were so welcoming and helpful, Nothing seemed to be too much bother. Always a pleasure to visit this hotel.
Disliked: The TV did not work

Disliked: The Pillows were hard. I had to buy a few comfy ones.
