l shall be recommending the hotel it was close to all the amenities and in walking distance to the Glee Club.

Liked: Spotless; very polite staff and plenty of tea and coffee which you don't always find in other hotels we have visited.
Disliked: Could not find anything bad about the hotel.

Always a pleasant stay

Liked: Always stay when visiting the WMC. Staff have always been friendly; there could be a little more “customer comes first” training in the bar area - I waited whilst a bar staff took an internal staff call, & again whilst two staff served one customer. Otherwise housekeeping staff, restaurant and reception staff were fabulous

Disliked: Room too hot and proximity to main road meant window could not be left open.

Liked: Food was good & Steak Restaurant across the road very good.
Disliked: The fact we had booked two rooms but decided to stay in one room. We asked if we could have an upgrade to one room and let the other made available again. But we're told definitely no and there was no discussion felt customer service was lacking.
