Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and beds comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Poor

Liked: Warm greeting on arrival.
Disliked: VERY poor service at breakfast. Despite offering a vegan breakfast no dairy free spread available for toast. Dining room dark dated. Bedroom had a smell of urine and drains.

Liked: Well run hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of choice no muesli though. Liked the room as it was lovely and dark with a black out blind. We had a room to the side of the property.
Disliked: We found the evening meals lovely but on the large size. Could do with some lighter smaller selections

Liked: Excellent breakfast. temperature in bedroom was just right . High quality linen and comfortable bed. Good shower. Convivial bar wth friendly staff, competitive prices. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Traditional decor suited the property.
Disliked: Car park and access to it rather tight.
