Hotel is running at minimal...

Disliked: Hotel is running at minimal operating facilities … everything almost down very quiet and silent and they cut off as much as possible! There was even no boiler, coffee machine nothing … I’m wondering how got 4 starts!Breakfast also normal and minimal choices, and compared to hotels at this class is absolutely not sufficient.
