Wonderful stay

Liked: We loved this place. Warm welcome, clean rooms, great breakfast, loved the evening wine and snacks and the chance to mix with other guests.

We will return.

Liked: Staff was great, quiet room, good breakfast and happy hour/charcuterie.
Disliked: ADA grab handles for shower/tub.

Unexpected but interesting.

Liked: This is a neat place that is homey and older in build. It would be perfect if you wanted a retreat and didn't mind sharing a bathroom. Unfortunately, I wasn't expecting that so I was disappointed but I should have read the description. The lady in charge was very friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. I left early and missed breakfast so no comment on that.
Disliked: Nothing really but not a good fit for me. I just wanted a quick and painless stay but ended up in the downtown, touristy part of Frisco.
