Liked: Spacious room, very clean. Walking into the premises you are struck by the quality and stylish decor. Very nice shared kitchen with free juice, coffee, milk and biscuits. Very friendly and helpful staff. The free luggage storage with post checkout accessible toilet is a very nice touch.
Disliked: Florence. Too touristy with no character

Liked: Great location, with a large and clean room that had everything we needed. Nice shared kitchen and Viola was extremely welcoming and friendly! Would definitely consider staying again if visiting Florence.

Liked: Viola and her staff were wonderful hosts. The property was lovely including the back garden. Viola explained everything really well and gave us a map of local recommendations which we loved. Location is great, only 10 mins from the main station.The kitchenette was well stocked. We stayed in the triple room which included separate room for the single bed. Rooms were very clean and spacious, with each one having unique decor. We were really impressed with how personalized each room was. Shower was also great.
Disliked: Wifi didn't work in our room. The scent diffuser was a bit strong in our room , but you can open windows if it bothers you.

Liked: The reservation was for my young daughters. Frimi crew took care of them during their stay. Based on my daughters report and the videos they sent, the hotel is beautiful and the hotel crew (thank you, Elena) is warm and kind.

Amazing and charming place

Liked: The place is just beautiful. Rooms in different styles, very warm home atmosphere, cozy kitchen, nice backyard. Viola and others are very nice and helpful. Feels like I visited my friends of relatives. There are many vintage things and the place looks very well put together and stylish. Also very close to railway station and tram stopOne more interesting thing is that there many tips, maps, cards and other things that will be useful for tourists
