Liked: The service. The desk clerk was very friendly. When I called for assistance with the WiFi password, the clerk who answered was very helpful.
Disliked: One of the pillow cases had a large dark, oily spot. It looked like an old spill that didn't wash away in the laundry. It's a permanent stain so the pillow case should actually be thrown away.

Our room was never cleaned...

Liked: The location was close to many shops and restaurants.
Disliked: We stayed there from November 14-18 and our room did not get cleaned once. They tried making an excuse but this was unacceptable.

All in all, went great!

Liked: The property parking and location was great. Staff was nice and place was relatively clean. Nice hotel rooms and you definitely get a bang for your buck.
Disliked: The beds were loud and a little uncomfortable

Liked: Check in was prompt even though wi-fi was out at the timeBed was so right for us, pillows were awesome and they provide four per bed.Water pressure was good.Room was very spaciousfull size mirror on wall hair dryer,coffee,(although we didnt drink it so i cant speak about taste) make up removing individually wrapped towels x2, fridge plenty of towels and plenty of storage cabinets, sound blocking windows ,sun blocking curtainsClean exterior, safe at all hours of day / night
Disliked: restroom was not cleaned before our visit.toilet was dirty with visible stuck on poop on inside walls, even a water ring and tub had visible mold and mildew arround walls and tub, i did ask management to please clean or let me borrow a toilet brush and i also asked for extra wash towels ,while we were gone for the day i think we got the extra towels but the toilet looked the same, the bedroom furniture was lightly dusty but that was easyer to overlook

Liked: I liked the location near "The Quad" shopping area and closeness to uptown Whittier.
Disliked: I was extremely disappointed. My stay was for 2 days in November 2024. The person at the reception area was very hard to understand as he had a very thick Hindu accent.I had to fill in a register form with the same data I provided when I made the reservation.The internet was out the day I checked in, but it was working the following day.There was no housekeeping as the bed was not made while I was out after my first night.The shower pipes were loose from the wall, and the pipe connections leaked.

Liked: Comfortable bed and very clean room. Overall a very good stay.
