Liked: The staff was, as always, very friendly. The hotel's surroundings are a huge advantage—it’s absolutely beautiful in the area. We travel with our dogs, and walking around the hotel is a real pleasure for everyone. The possibility of having lunch and breakfast in a separate room with our dogs is also a big plus.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit smaller compared to my previous stays, but that’s understandable—inflation affects everyone, and without raising prices, some reductions have to be made. The staff at breakfast seemed rather uninterested in replenishing missing items. My wife had to ask for more bread because the breadbasket was empty. The orange juice also ran out, and none of the staff refilled the jug, even though the shortage was clearly visible. This time, there were no croissants either, which my wife and I always loved...However, the biggest issue for me—completely unacceptable and incomprehensible—was the lack of truly hot water in the afternoon. We returned from a trip, both longing for a hot shower, but the water was only lukewarm. My wife went ahead and used it, while I just freshened up, deciding to take a shower after dinner, hoping for warmer water. That turned out to be a mistake—after dinner, the water wasn’t even lukewarm. Unfortunately, I had no other choice at that point… It wasn’t until the morning that the water was finally properly hot. This was the first time we encountered such an issue in a hotel, and it made this stay probably the least enjoyable one.
