Really Nice Place!!!

Liked: All was superb! Great location (just one block from Central Station and T-Centralen Subway). Quiet area, super clean, great and nice staff, Really nice breakfast....for sure I will stay there again as soon as I am back to Stockholm.
Disliked: All good.

Disappointing

Disliked: the bathroom is too small, almost impossible to use if you are two

Great hotel in Stockholm near...

Liked: Walking distance from the Arlanda Express airport train exit and city centre. Breakfast menus were okay, but lacked ingredients information in English. Not many options but it was delicious. Our room on the top floor with balcony was superb.
Disliked: The elevator was a bit small.

Nice old hotel, good location....

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Nice bit of history on show with the quirky old key elevators. Location excellent if you are arriving at the railway station. Staff on front desk friendly and efficient.
Disliked: To be honest our only gripe about the hotel was the breakfast service. Whilst the quality of the food was decent with a wide selection, the staff barely acknowledged our presence. It ended up feeling more like a factory canteen, than a high end city centre hotel restaurant. When my wife asked for waffles for our child she was rather coldly told, “it’s busy!”. One other thing I would add, the room service food selection is very limited. This is offset by a lot of eateries nearby, but I would suggest more options for guest to in room dine would be better.

Liked: Good design and breakfast, good location - just next to metro station

Confortable stay, very well located...

Liked: The room and the details, like the stuffed bear, it was tender and gives you a welcome vibe. Also the eco options for taking showers and the hearts you can put out of the door.
Disliked: Did not have the chance to see mistakes.
