Great location and good for...
Liked: Great location!Very cleanOnly issue was toilet was not working first day but maintenance finally fixed it. Juan was prompt and very niceClean accommodation and front desk was nice and helpful.
Disliked: Toilet broken slow at respondingNo front desk available most of time in person but available via text so it was ok

Loved it after the first...
Liked: Location
Disliked: When I first arrived. Directions on two different apps brought me to the parking garage not the front of the building like the “texted” directions stated. When I called to get help cause I couldn’t get in the parking garage and still had both gps saying I was there… the woman who answered told to re-read my directions and had I read them right the first time I wouldn’t be in this situation then hung up on me. I had to re call and get someone else to help me from the parking garage. So yeah the girl working Friday at 3pm was very rude and was no help at all, im not a child and don’t expect to be talked to that way

Good
Liked: Everything about the room was nice, especially the bed.
Disliked: The only downfall was that our bathroom sink was clogged and shower didn't have hot water.

Walking Distance to French Quarter
Liked: Cute room with two bedrooms. Thought it was a kitchenette but really just a sink, microwave and mini-fridge but they supplied pots and pans to cook (??). Beds were comfy, a/c works great. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Located right outside but easy walking distance all over the French Quarter.
Disliked: Staff only shows up at check-in time - other than that there is no one there. Thought it was a kitchenette but really just a sink, microwave and mini-fridge but they supplied pots and pans to cook (??). Had to request a TV remote (3 TV's but only 2 remotes) and hair dryer and extra towels (4 guests but only 2 towels supplied). Bathroom ceiling fan began leaking water in the middle night on the 2nd night of our stay - we did get a partial reimbursement but still a very strange inconvenience.

Nice rooms, great location.
Liked: Great location, nice big room.
Disliked: TV'S didn't work. Very confusing trying to enter and exit the place in your vehicle until you work it out. More signage in the place would make it so easier.Was also disappointed I got charged so much to park there.

Poor on communication
Liked: The location was fairly quiet. It was close to all the things I enjoy in the French quarter. The room itself was fairly large and modern.
Disliked: Too many homeless people loitering around the building. The confirmation messages were long, poorly written, and confusing. There was too many run-on statements. Simplify it. Absolutely ZERO interaction with live representatives of the hotel. Not even at check-in or check out in the lobby. Everything was done through messaging. Too much confusion for a first timer staying at this hotel. When I had a question, I reached out to an employee through a phone call She then reiterated that I needed to carefully reread the email that was initially sent. It was as if she could not be bothered. I then called back again because my fob would only work intermittently. She stated that she would send someone up to assist. Which she did not! The grab and go location in the lobby was not staffed with any extra towels. For the price of five nights, it was not worth the hassle. The ceiling fan in the living room would not work. The kitchen setup was nice but did not have soap to clean your dishes with.
