We came down to get...

Liked: The entire staff was very friendly and helpful from the valet when we arrived to the maids and desk people throughout our stay. The breakfast was a nice perk as the wine and cheese at night.

Perfect retreat during the snow

Liked: We were there for the snow storm of 2025. It could have been a terrible experience but it was lovely. The staff were friendly and the breakfast and happy hour were great, and we loved the cookies and milk at bedtime. Even though all the shops and almost all the restaurants were closed because of the snow, the location was perfect for exploring Charleston on foot. And there was a fire in the fireplace and comfortable couches for reading. Great stay.
