Liked: Location was wonderful. You could walk pretty much every place you wanted to go. The breakfast in the morning was great many options. The best thing was the wine and cheese plus many other choices in the afternoon I had food. I had never tried before. Everybody was very, very friendly.
Disliked: I liked everything about it

Liked: The location, the welcome reception, the complimentary glass of champagne on arrival, the complimentary wine and light buffet between 5:30-6:30, the complimentary bicycles, the huge very comfortable bed, the dressing gowns, the quiet, the included breakfast.
Disliked: A little pricey but the extras make it worthwhile

Liked: Lovely building, well placed downtown. Room with 2 beds as requested. Clean with good amenities and charming little touches.
Disliked: No tea or coffee in the bedroom.

Awesome hospitality

Liked: We visited Charleston for the first time as a family of four with our two teenage boys age 13 and 16. From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. Special thanks to the valet who ran upstairs to find out if our room was ready early (it was) and had our car parked and bags in our room before we even got there! We especially loved the complimentary milk and cookies each night (8:30-9:30 pm) and Detox Water and lemonade any time we needed it after hours of walking and sightseeing. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in largely because of the friendly staff including the cleaning staff. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
