Excellent location, great facilities, and...

Liked: The room was clean and tidy, comfortable and had everything we expected. We had a private room at the rear of the site, which was quite and perfect for us, though we didn’t experience any noise or disruption anywhere on site. The communal kitchen facilities were excellent, and you simply cannot fault to location as a base for the city.
Disliked: The place was perfect for us. No negative marks to report.

Rooms clean, staff excellent, kitchen...

Liked: Staff at the desk, went way above and beyond to help me out. Pointed me in the right direction and gave me ideas. She was amazing!!!!
Disliked: The bathroom was the only thing that bothered me. Maybe short staffed that day, and obviously someone was rude and didn't clean after themselves, but the bathrooms and especially the shower, were grotesque. Wadds of hair all over the shower, I'm not talking some hair, I'm talking massive amounts.

Fun, quiet, quirky

Liked: Loved the friendly travellors I met there! Loved how it was close to everything but far enough away that the pub and bars didn't make a difference to sleep. Loved the quirkiness and reuse of space.
Disliked: The wifi didn't work in my two person cell, only if I went into the hallway or common areas. Just the upstairs two person unit though. Friends in the rooms downstairs said it worked fine for them.

Liked: It was a really interesting experience! The themed room made for a memorable stay, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to shops and bars in Fremantle.
Disliked: no fan in the room and it's getting really stuffy in the room (it's prison cell after all). But maybe this is the part of the experience? :P
