Disliked: the hotel lies, they show that you can use the pool and the jacuzzi, meanwhile everything is closed. they mislead people and after 5 days they charge money.. failure never again

Disliked: The hotel needs a refurbishment. I had expected a higher standard bearing in mind this was a four star standard.

Liked: Location. Spa area
Disliked: Decor is old and needs renovation in all areas. Room dirty, mirrors on ceiling above bed, kettle didn’t work but was replaced, toilet constantly running and wasn’t repaired although reported. Bar/restaurant staff are a little bit Fawlty towers in the way they go about their work but friendly. No EV charging points.
