Comfortable and very convenient. Couldn't...

Liked: The location was perfect and within touching distance of the Royal Mile.The staff were very professional, accommodating and very helpful. And the facilities and rooms were fantastic.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Enjoyable stay on the whole...

Liked: Position. Friendly polite staff. Nice room
Disliked: Noisy Air con unit outside not sure who it belonged to.

Lux hotel prime location

Liked: Prime Location. Easy checkin. Free laundry facilities were extremely handy and a added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

First time in Edinburgh for...

Liked: Location, the view over the park, the suite we stayed in and what the room offered
Disliked: The bathroom around the original window was not maintained well, this is the only negative we had about the room we stayed in.

Disliked: The shower facility was not properly maintained and inspected before giving to the customer.The shower water was too hot because the shower dial at the bath tub did not properly installed and the small screw at the dial was missing.They came to temporarily fixed!
