Liked: The location and cleanliness were amazing
Disliked: We got a room at the very top with a slanted roof and the telly was down on the floor, it was not what we had seen in the photo and were expecting.

Liked: Lovely bathroom, good linen, coffee machine, lovely staff.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t serviced after we had been out for the day but someone eventually came after I called.

Liked: The location is amazing and the room is really comfy and clean The staff was lovely and super responsive
Disliked: The desk and some items in the room were a bit worn down but everything was clean

Good but not perfect.

Liked: Great location, comfortable bed and pillows. Generally clean and tidy.
Disliked: Previous residents' key card left on floor so some small concerns around the cleaning regime. Selling this room as an apartment is pushing it a bit. Only facilities are a microwave and a toaster, but main problem being there is nowhere to eat anything you might cook anyway.
