Liked: Great location for our trip. Fantastic bed, very quiet, good facilities in room, tea/coffee etc, shower gel & moisturiser nice quality. Bathroom & towels new & pristine. Staff friendly. Little chocolates in lobby nice touch.
Disliked: Bicycles in kitchen !

Liked: Nice cup of tea on arrival. Large room comfy bed. But no view. Left bags with staff so we could go out until room ready to check in.
Disliked: Room not ready until late afternoon. Long way from city centre but all day bus tickets meant we could catch nearby transport regularly. Breakfast not included. Not told that we could ask for breakfast if we wanted. This made room overpriced for what we got. A good B & B should include breakfast.

Liked: Great access to bus and tram. Allowed us to leave luggage before check-in time. Clothes warming rack was a welcome feature.
Disliked: Plumbing was noisy due to being in the lower part of the building.
