Pleasant in general, but not...
Liked: Breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Staff was responsive, friendly, and efficient. Good location. Elevators were fast and responsive. Room service was good. Housekeeping was good. Water pressure was good.
Disliked: Room was small and dark, with poor lighting design. Inadequate storage space (no dresser). Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable; "queen" bed was just two twin beds pushed together. Tub/shower was very slippery and dangerous to get in and out, and leaked badly. No way to take a shower without flooding the floor. Very limited dining options on site. Toilet seat interfered with flush controls. Not enough towels for two people...only two towels provided without special request.

Disliked: Dear MarriottI stayed at Frankfurt Marriot Hotel, Hamburger Alle from 12th Oct 2024 to 13th Oct 2024. My Marriott Membership number is 427 562 186 and I am Silver Elite member who has stayed for more than 20 nights this year at Marriott properties. I feel there is lack of transparency at this Marriott property and a lack of hospitality ethos in general. A.I was charged twice for the breakfast on 13 Oct – one as part of my club room package and one at the breakfast restaurant 35 Euros.The reason this happened was that: Even though Verbal instructions given at the time of the check in there were there were no instructions at the breakfast restaurant that this was a paid breakfast. I was given a sheet to enter my room number and name. There was a column to mark the check box for which breakfast did I choose and I DID NOT SELECT ANY. I was under the impression that they were just taking my credentials of the room. The staff at the restaurant should have checked my room number and clearly told me that you have club room and that you have breakfast that is included as part of your club room entitlement itself and guided me to the same. But there was no such instruction given-There is clear process failure here. In fact, the lounge entrance is so discretely hidden that I didn’t even know where the lounge was and I thought that the restaurant that I entered for breakfast is also for lounge members.I strongly feel that as a loyal Marriott member the least your staff could have done was to admit that it was their mistake as well as mine and as a goodwill gesture waived off this minor amount. I had a discussion with your Duty Manager Mr. Oaken and even though he heard me he was defensive about his systems and processes. There was no sense of apology or regret that the member had to suffer. I told him clearly that Marriott can keep the 35 extra Euros they earned from me today but they will lose in the process my loyalty as well as future business.

Great hotel in a good...
Liked: The rooms were big and comfortable, great views and comfortable bed. The staff were professional and friendly.
Disliked: The parking isn’t easy and it’s expensive.
