Liked: What a fantastic gem of a place! The staff, the food, the facilities, the natural beauty of the grounds - all just amazing!

Liked: The facilities were very good, especially for young children and the staff were very polite and helpful
Disliked: Our room was filthy. The carpet was burnt in several places. The bathroom was filthy. There was an infestation of fruit flies in the room. The bedding was clean. When we told reception nothing was done. The management is not checking the state of the rooms - loose door handles, missing light bulbs etc

Liked: Staff were so lovely and helpful, and let us use the facilities for longer as we had a long flight back to NZ.
Disliked: I think having some of the spa spaces and activities open to tweens would be good.

Liked: Everything was superb. The staff were attentive to our every need. Looking forward to returning, hopefully before too long. All facilities first class. Bar and restaurants very classy and exceptional quality.
Disliked: The decor in some of the guest rooms is starting to show its age but I do believe that there is an ongoing programme to address this.
