Liked: The room was decently clean and only smelled mildly like a motel.
Disliked: The room was the size of a shoe box, and the owners were very shady about the price. There are far better rooms available at the same amount or less, be careful about booking.

Liked: Very clean. Good amenities .
Disliked: We thought the mattress & pillow was a bit firmer than we'd prefer, but had a good sleep nonetheless.

Liked: The staff at the facility give excellent customer service. They are welcoming and want to ensure you are accommodated in a friendly and professional manner.
Disliked: No complaints. The room was excellent, clean and warm.

Great location and facility

Liked: I was in Napanee for the weekend to do some fishing and the Inn location was perfect, close to Deseronto, Hwy 49 bridge and Hay Bay. The room was in a new section and was very new, immaculately clean. Service and check in was easy, my reservation had been arranged without issue. I would highly recommend if travelling in the area.
