Liked: Loved the hot tub sauna area that was pretty cool! Also your staff was incredible made the stay so easy :) rooms were nice lots of storage for skis etc

Disappointing experience!

Liked: Location is great. Reception staff was friendly during check in. Good underground parking. Overall clean hotel.
Disliked: Few issues unfortunately. The beds are very poor quality and squeaky when you move even a little bit. The coffee maker in the room is filthy beyond the acceptable standards. During the night there was so much noise outside our room, nothing was done about it by the staff members on! Would never come back to this property again.

Disliked: I booked this hotel as it was recommended as a family friendly option, being the only one I could find with a crib option and breakfast on site. I was excited to book as staff were accommodating upon booking specifying I would be traveling alone with a 6 month old. The playpen does not have adequate padding for sleep, the hotel is not stroller (or disability) friendly with only 1 elevator & doors throughout that do not remain open or have door stops. This made it very difficult to get around as a single mother with mobility issues & an infant as I was roomed on the top floor & had to take several trips checking in & out without ever being offered help. Lastly I was told upon check in that breakfast was closed the following morning, had I known this I would not have booked at this hotel as it made it very difficult for me to be able to eat with my infant before checkout. Very disappointed as this stay was my first night away from home with my baby and was a splurge that wasn’t worth it.
