Liked: Room and facility were clean. Their hot tub is very unique compared to others on that strip. Heated underground parking. Conveniently located 5-10 mins walk from downtown
Disliked: There was no fridge in the room. Barely any wifi signal in the hot tub area

Disliked: Uncomfortable bed, elevator sounded sketchy and was out of service at one point.

Liked: We really loved the hot tub.
Disliked: Our beds were not the most comfortable and we couldn't lock the bathroom door. There are no refrigerators in the room, which we didn't know about in the beginning.

Liked: The location
Disliked: It was dated, no elevator to our room and many different stairs to it. Not ideal for travelers with bags. Even the room had a flight of stairs. The night front desk clerk was helpful but not resolutive .

Travel with a Pup and...

Liked: Location was great for walking to restaurants and shops. Located close to everything you need. Two bedroom suite worked great for our family and pup. On site restaurant was handy! Staff were great and very helpful. Pup was also welcomed and treated like royalty.

It wasn’t what we expected.

Liked: Loved the caves
Disliked: We weren’t able to find any parking in the underground parking lot and there was no parking on the street so we left 4 hours later after checking in to drive back home. It was really upsetting and all the gas to drive there and back for 4 hours. Not happy, would not come back.
