Liked: What we liked, the hot tub and chilis. What we didn’t like, the rooms are so poorly made. The walls are PAPER THIN. The blankets are a literal sheet. In the rooms with two beds there is a door at the end of the room that opens up to a door to another room on the other side so you can hear EVERYTHING!!! The beds and so tiny, hair in the sheets. Staff doesn’t tell people to be quiet. Someone was yelling all night long. NOT WORTH HOW MUCH I PAID

Liked: The Fox has always been such an iconic hotel in Banff ever since its inception.i was really excited to take my daughter so she could experience the cave-like Hot Springs. However, the rooms are quite small and really need an update, considering the cost. The facilities in general are quite dated; old, slow elevator, outdated decor that doesn’t look as clean as one would expect - carpets swiping duet and age. The staff, were very helpful, receptive, and friendly.

Disliked: Our bath water was cold. It is not nice to climb into a cold bath after a long cold day.
