A simply terrific find, will...

Liked: The property is excellently located for a quick, stylish Cornwall getaway, especially if traveling from London without a car. Service provided from front desk (Tracey) was efficient, warm and showed much initiative. I was not able to arrive on my planned date of arrival due to a storm which led to cancelled trains. Tracey dispelled all stress and worry, and made the necessary changes to my stay, even though the original room rate booked had restrictions. i also liked that it was truly dog-friendly in that I was allowed to dine in any of the spaces within the hotel.
Disliked: I was surprised for the level of service experienced, to find that the tea cup in my bedroom had a lipstick stain on it.

Disliked: Sink in bathroom didn’t have an operable plug so could not be filled.False fire alarm at 04.30 which created some stress issues as we were not aware that the phone provided the fire alarm.We felt an information folder on the hotel, services and operation could have been provided which could have helped to mitigate our fire alarm experience
