Liked: Great location, well maintained and many different areas to play/ read/ drink/ relax in the hotel.Great spa.Lovely rooms and staff.

Liked: Relaxing, friendly & clean - felt luxurious . Staff let us check out and use pool & facilities afterwards. Very welcoming & we felt so looked after. Top quality hotel that is also geared to get kids away from gaming & phones!

Amazing! Can’t wait to head...

Liked: Everything! The hotel is modern but cosy with lots of lovely little nooks to relax in. We stayed in a 2 bedroom Family Room with Sea View but it actually had an extra little room! Win win! The room was warm & welcoming. It was clean & had everything you could possibly need! The staff couldn’t be any more accommodating if they tried, nothing is too much hassle & they’re all so kind. They build trust with our children by calling them by their names, asking how they were & speaking directly to them which was the best touch! Food is great & service is always quick! 100/10.
Disliked: The only thing I would wish for next time is a few more choices on the menu for nibbles.. but I appreciate that we stayed in January so maybe difficult with the hotel being quite quiet!

Liked: Incredible family hotel. Very welcoming and safe for kids to be kids. Plenty on offer to make the break all about their stay. Massive rooms well decorated and modernised
Disliked: The outdoor sauna is takes a while to warm through (it's late January)

Lovely place - wonderful staff...

Liked: The Staff are exceptional as is the Spa pool and surrounding terrace - what led to disappointed expectations were: windows were old & didnt close so i used towels to stop the draft! The wardrobe in my double room was only big enough for one person. The towelling robe was frayed at the edge - not what you expect for the pricing!!
Disliked: See above!
