Liked: It’s a magical place, the spa is great but could be bigger. The staff is great too.
Disliked: Nothing all was good , well… maybe some of the guests not quite so friendly… so kudos to the staff

Liked: The location is beautiful, but not in the centre of Lyon.
Disliked: The room is very small and the window is very small. At the breakfast buffet, I missed fresh vegetable like tomato, cucumber, peppers.

Disliked: Car Park is, although essential to reach the hotel. Is suite expensive.Rooms are very sobre and restaurant quality is OK but expensive for what it is.

Liked: The transformation of the convent into a hotel give it a unique charm . Decorated very nicely .You can enjoy being next to the Bailic but You have to be ready to stroll and use transport to go to the city

Liked: The locationThe reception - stunning. Such a novelty to stay in an old convent. The reception area was beautiful. Nothing like I've seen before. The restaurant ambience. Those beautiful windows! just divine.The beautiful pool areaThe building and surrounding gardens -gorgeous
Disliked: The bathroom although big, lacked a bit of finesse and warmth. The styling and decor didn't seem to match the vibe and hotel feel. Same with the bedroom. The metal bed head didn't look good and it was not pleasant to lean against whilst reading a book. A big rug/warmth was needed in this room
