Liked: Nice location and style. We did book it as hotel+spa last minute and unfortunately there was exactly that day a wedding happening at the outdoor pool/garden of the spa. A note about this would have been nicer, we wouldn’t have booked it then. Wanted some relaxing spa, which we did not get in the end…For the rest a nice hotel!

Liked: The property was very well thought out. As a former seminary things felt like a school .. even the pencils rather than pens in the room and the CHAT! signs instead of do not disturb for the doors. Rooms were huge. I hadn't brought a bathing suit.
Disliked: I wish you offered an a la carte breakfast menu. There were not many other eateries around the hilltop. You apparently had a brochure about the history of the property. It was only in French (English would have been better for me) but in any case they were out of stock. I thought it was odd that the front desk hosted us to our elevator but there was no help with getting the luggage to the room. Although they did preface by saying I will show you the way .... not let me help you with your bags.

Liked: The building is a renovated convent with high ceiling.
Disliked: The service and communication skills in front desk/reception was very poor during our reservation (several trial of provision debiting on the card, wrong sum debit on the card) check in ((no information on spa, breakfast timing just giving you the key) and during our stay when we need anything (we needed a plug converter, the first answer was a clear short "no" from reception responsible then after a 2nd trial the solution is provided). The location of the breakfast is very inconvenient due to the setup of the room creating an overwhelming experience in open buffet. We ordered omelette as there have been no scrambled eggs in the open buffet, it is served after 30 minutes at the end of our breakfast. The side light near the bed have not been working in the room. The hotel has its own private parking and it appears in the search as "with parking". We have been charges 19 EUR/night during our 2 nights stay in the hotel which has not been mentioned during the reservation. A feedback requested by the director of the hotel after our 1st night stay where I provided most of the comments above, there has been no reply/no action.
