Liked: Room was a good size, felt clean, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Everything about the room was showing slight signs of age with wear and tear. No air-con was frustrating so had to open the window all night only to hear road noise

Liked: The reception staff were helpful and polite
Disliked: The room was dirty. We found clothes hanging on the hook clearly from previous guests. The coffee cups and the plate they were resting on had clogged milk on it. The room had nothing in it! No phone, no mini fridge, no safe, tv has about 4 channels and that’s it. There is a old kettle and two cups, not even a spoon to stir the coffee with, which you will have to bring yourself anyway because no complimentary coffee is provided. They “clean” the rooms every two days, on the third day I think they must have spent about 4 minutes cleaning the room! All that was done was changing the towels and empty the dustbin. Bed were not made nor were the coffee cups replaced. Parking is €9 a night and it’s very limited, we ended up parking at the casino next door for free. Give the overall impression we decided not to spend €22.50 each on breakfast (kids too!) so can’t comment on its quality. If you don’t have a car is 35 minutes walk to the city centre or a bus so location is not great. Overall I didn’t find it worth the price. It felt like a run down basic hotel and the lack of cleanliness was just unpleasant.

Passable Hotel

Liked: breakfast and Bed quality. Breakfast was really good with lot of choices.
Disliked: Didn't feel it was like 4 star hotel. Room lacked a Hot water kettle (for the price we paid). Also the Bath soap was handwash soap. No TV also. We had asked for separate beds and they had issues initially as there were none and then after repeated requests they separated our double bed into 2. There are limited parking spaces so we had to park in the casino in the front which had free parking.
