Beautiful, comfortable and luxurious accommodations.

Liked: The staff and the service. Paige Letson (asst manager) went above and beyond to treat us well when an error was made in our reservation. She made sure we were well taken care of. We appreciated her communication and efforts to assure our satisfaction.

Liked: Everything was great,location is perfect was a walking distance to vail village.The resort is super clean & modern. Room very spacious ,bed super comfortable but the pillows were super soft not to our liking probably that was the only negative.Staff were extremely friendly. I would definitely stay here on our next trip to vail.

Liked: The spa area/amenities were amazing. The rooms are spacious and very cozy. Our Mountain View had a fire place in the room which we loved. The massages were incredible. The views of the mountain from the hotel room are stellar and the staff are extremely friendly. In person, concierge was extremely helpful and attentive.
Disliked: Concierge was difficult to reach prior to our stay, however they acknowledged that and indefinitely made up for it during our stay.
