Classy yes, but carry a...

Liked: Finely presented, exceptionally friendly and professional front of house, concierge and restaurant staff. Restaurant food was excellent quality.
Disliked: We booked 2 adjoining rooms for 3 nights. One of the rooms’ availability was delayed until 5pm on day of check in since hotel was fully booked.Housekeeping did not service rooms one of the days.To be fair the hotel compensated is for the above oversights, but they should not happen at this standard of hotel. Despite double room rate of $1150/night, no breakfast was included. I recommend they just include breakfast in the overall room tariff than try to chase an extra 30-40 bucks to avoid irritating their generous clientele.
